Our company is looking for a Home Health Aide/CNA to join our team.

Light housekeeping;
Provides companionship for the client, such as talking and listening, reading aloud, and providing social and emotional support;
Records and reports changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance;
Companionship and socialization;
Help with personal care needs of clients;
Medication assistance;
Dressing;
Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc;
Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices;
Grooming;
Performing duties as assigned on personal care service plan;
Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary;
Help clients with medication reminders and assist clients with ambulation;
Establishing and maintaining effective communication and a professional relationship with client’s, family members, and co-workers;
Reminds client to take self-administered medications.

Up-to-date car insurance in your name, registration and valid Driver’s License;
HHA or CNA certification (NOT REQUIRED for homemaking/companion);
Be prompt and dependable;
Able to go shopping and/or run errands;
Successful completion of a nursing assistant program;
Minimum one (1) year of documented health care experience is required;
Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray;
Take pride in providing high quality care;
Access to reliable transportation with a willingness to travel within the Chickasha area;
Automobile Insurance, and reliable vehicle;
Minimum high school diploma or GED required;
Willing to provide at least three professional references;
Must be willing to travel to clients homes;
Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 6 months to 1 year);
Access to reliable transportation with a willingness to travel within the Tulsa metro area.
