Our company is looking for a Intake Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up on unsigned cases;
  • Use Sales Force software to input case information and digitally send retainer documents;
  • Screening/evaluating incoming calls for potential Workers Compensation/ Personal Injury cases;
  • Work with attorneys and support staff to evaluate potential cases and provide an exceptional level of customer service;
  • Speaking to potential clients to discern claim viability;
  • Utilizing software to gather information and record data;
  • Maintaining the high standards of professionalism and customer service expected by our clients;
  • Recommending defined legal efforts based upon individual clients’ circumstances;
  • Guiding clients through detailed intake questionnaire.

Requirements:

  • Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization;
  • Maturity, teamwork, problem solving, learning, and consummate professionalism;
  • Dependable and accountable;
  • Passion for helping people;
  • Bilingual (Russian-English) preferred;
  • Knowledge of screening and eligibility requirements for Indiana public benefits preferred;
  • Computer proficiency;
  • Computer literacy and an ability to communicate effectively with clients, potential clients and staff;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • BA in helping profession or 2 years of strongly related work experience preferred;
  • Bilingual language skills is a plus;
  • Associate Degree and/or related experience required;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in social sciences, public administration, or related field with customer contact required.
