Lean Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Lean Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Change Management Drives targeted, sustainable improvement by leveraging consulting skills and change management processes;
- Assists in the development of improvement roadmaps (i.e., how to use tools and processes to drive sustainable improvement results);
- Works closely with leadership to implement continuous improvement in targeted areas;
- Supports focused deployment of Lean tools across the organization to assure excellence n operational execution.
Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time;
- May occasionally lift and /or move up to 10-50 pounds;
- Noise levels ranging from quiet to extremely loud.
