Our company is looking for a LPN Nurse to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and document a thorough evaluation of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout the resident’s course of treatment;
  • Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program;
  • Supervise Nurse Techs and participate in their evaluation;
  • Provide nursing services;
  • Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident;
  • Maintain medical records to reflect timely, accurate, legible and complete documentation;
  • Ensure that all medical and adaptive equipment continue to be appropriate and are in safe working order;
  • Provide skilled nursing in accordance with the individual’s plan of care.

Requirements:
