LPN Nurse Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a LPN Nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and document a thorough evaluation of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout the resident’s course of treatment;
- Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program;
- Supervise Nurse Techs and participate in their evaluation;
- Provide nursing services;
- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident;
- Maintain medical records to reflect timely, accurate, legible and complete documentation;
- Ensure that all medical and adaptive equipment continue to be appropriate and are in safe working order;
- Provide skilled nursing in accordance with the individual’s plan of care.
Requirements:
