LPN Staff Nurse Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a LPN Staff Nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical assessments and administer safe and accurate medication dosages;
- Assess and monitor the signs and symptoms indicating patients physiological changes;
- Complete and monitor wound care (basic cleaning and bandaging wounded areas);
- Supervising CNAs;
- Assisting doctors and RNs and more;
- Monitoring fluids and managing IVs.
Requirements:
- Active Applicable State Licensure;
- One year LPN experience required;
- American Heart Association issued BLS;
- At least one year SNF/LTC experience;
- Weekly direct deposit;
- 401K;
- Can start immediately;
- Health insurance.
