Responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Medical Office experience preferred;
- 2+ years’ experience in a Customer Service role;
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Experience with electronic medical records;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and type quickly; basic computer knowledge;
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Manual dexterity to use/handle equipment and instruments;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to read, write, speak and understand English clearly;
- Customer Service Oriented;
- Basic Life Support for healthcare providers;
- Knowledge of infection control standards and utilization of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE);
- Ability to concurrently perform multiple tasks;
- Ability to perform essential job functions using proper body mechanics;
- Ability to demonstrate basic medication administration;
- Computer literate (i.e., logging on to computer, usage of keyboard and mouse, familiarity with Windows and email applications);
- Ability to type 40 WPM;
- Administrating medications specifically directed by the physician and performing accurate vital sign measurements and documentation.
