Responsibilities:
- Eyewear adjustment and minor repair;
- Merchandising frames, lenses, and eyewear accessories;
- Work with patients in proper fitting;
- Manage eyewear orders and patient pickup;
- Oversee orders, pick-up and delivery services;
- Work with patients to customize their eyewear;
- Work with patients in finding the proper eyewear fitting;

Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Computer literate;

- Optician license preferred but not required;
- Basic computer knowledge; Microsoft Office skills helpful;
- Prior experience as an Optician or in the Optical industry;
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software programs and other clinic-specific software;
- Proven customer service skills and an eye for fashion;
- EMR knowledge a plus;
- No optical experience necessary; will train;
- Fashion savvy and enjoy helping people make fashion decisions;
- Optical experience a plus but not necessary;
- Proven customer service skills;
- Prior experience in the Optometry field.
