Our company is looking for a Part Time Massage Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform massage and/or body treatments;
  • Maintain records as required by federal, state, local and company regulations;
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;
  • Utilize, maintain and conduct inventory of supplies and products;
  • Perform general Spa duties, as needed;
  • 401(k) and ESPP;
  • Work assigned schedule; begin and end all treatments on time; ensure work areas are clean and set according to procedures;

  • Attend all scheduled meetings and professional trainings, as requested;

Requirements:

  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on guest satisfaction in a luxury spa environment;
  • Minimum of two years of experience in massage therapy at a resort/destination spa or day spa;
  • Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills are essential;
  • Capable of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally;
  • Requirement to provide a specific list of Miraval brand standard modalities;
  • A professional demeanor. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE;
  • Completed required instruction in massage therapy through a commission-approved training program;
  • Open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays is required;
  • Must hold current Arizona Massage Therapy license issued by the Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy;
  • Solutions oriented approach to problem solving.
