Our company is looking for a Pediatric Registered Nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse;
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA;
- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred;
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program;
- Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies;
- Work closely with the Care Coordination team in coordinating referral and social services;
- Participate in the Patient Centered Medical Home model of patient care;
- Effectively use and document in the Electronic Medical Record;
- Contact patients with lab, imaging, and/or referral results as directed by provider.
