Our company is looking for a Physician to join our team.


  • Ensuring accuracy of International Classification of Diseases (ICD) Rev 10 codes;
  • Providing the highest quality patient care;
  • Appropriately assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of medical conditions including emergency, and chronic situations;
  • Providing treatment and ordering studies, tests and ancillary services required consistent with the provision of basic health care services;
  • Develop treatment plans based on scientific rationale, standards of care, and professional practice guidelines;
  • evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage on-going support for individuals suffering from complex substance use disorders (SUDs) and related comorbidities;
  • Provides primary medical care by caring for all patients in accordance with the physician’s medical specialty;
  • Refers cases, which require specialist services, but maintains responsibility, assuring that continuity of care is provided;
  • Strive to achieve the best patient and family centered care;
  • May supervise ARNPs or PAs who may also conduct medical examinations;
  • Routinely reviews/reevaluates those patients requiring ongoing medical/consultative services and coordinates treatment planning in those cases;
  • Ordering, performing, and interpreting screening, diagnostic procedures, and tests;
  • Medical Center features 12 OB/GYNs, MFM specialist, level 3 NICU;
  • Acts in a fiscally responsible manner. Works with management on program sustainment protocols. Performs other related duties as assigned or required;
  • Serves as a resource to other professional or non-professional personnel providing instructions as needed.


  • Active and current medical license in the state of Pennsylvania;
  • Clinical ability to suture lacerations set minor fractures, drain abscesses, and read x-rays;
  • At least three years of clinical experience in emergency medicine or family medicine;
  • Effective and compassionate communicator with staff, patients, and family;
  • DEA registration;
  • Current DEA and D.P.S. Certificate of Registration required;
  • MD or DO;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • a current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Tennessee;
  • Current basic CPR designation or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire;
  • a current DATA 2000 (DEAX) waiver, or the ability and willingness to obtain DATA 2000 (DEAX) waiver upon an offer being extended;
  • Valid Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses;
  • Documented completion of a residency from an accredited institution in an appropriate specialty;
  • Current licensure in the state of Connecticut;
  • ERCP skills desired but not required.
