Private Duty CNA Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Private Duty CNA to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Companionship and conversational engagement with clients;
- Medication and appointment reminders;
- Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care;
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect;
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence care;
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation;
- Assistance with grooming and bathing.
Requirements:
- Current CNA certification;
- Ability to follow instructions;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Previous experience working with the older adult population;
- Prior experience in Private Duty or long-term care preferred;
- TB Clearance (AZ Requires this yearly);
- Basic communication skills is a must;
- Pass a criminal background record check;
- 1-2 years of experience caring for seniors or rehab patient;
- Compassionate, awesome, detail oriented, and driven to make a difference in peoples lives.
