Quality Assurance Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- providing support to customers and internal workforce;
- Training on ISO software and document and data control;
- Inspection and sampling techniques and process control procedures to insure quality production of finished products;
- Initiation, tracking, reporting and resolution of Mill Claims;
- Internal and External 7-up strategic goal achievement;
- Interact with other GNC personnel including those at corporate, retail and distribution levels;
- Oversee the performance of rework activities as required and track all labor hours to ensure proper charges to the vendor are applied;
- Implementation and maintainance the Cost of Quality data;
- Confers with customers and suppliers as directed concerning quality issues from customers through coordination with the General Manager;
- Misc tasks as assigned by manager;
- Demonstrated ability to develop and initiate educational programs /presentations to enhance quality care;
- Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Epic Home Health;
- Participates in accreditation survey readiness activities and the survey process;
- Supports the performance of clinical teams through initiation and facilitation of quality improvement projects and staff education;
- Participates in development and ongoing review of the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement program (QAPI).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred;
- Accreditation as a qualified quality control auditor preferred;
- Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills;
- Excellent Computer literacy in Microsoft office. Ability to procure, set-up and maintain ISO software;
- Physical ability to operate plant equipment when necessary;
- Assure that all repairs to vehicle match the final invoice;
- Assure that Caliber QA process is being followed by all departments;
- A degree in medical technology with two years of experience;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Participates in development and ongoing review of the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement program (QAPI);
- OASIS Certification within 6 months of date of hire;
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Public Health or related healthcare field;
- Supports the performance of clinical teams through initiation and facilitation of quality improvement projects and staff education;
- Ability to travel from point A to point B throughout the workday as assigned;
- Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Epic Home Health.
