Our company is looking for a Sonographer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures prompt submission of high-quality of all images and documents sent to PACS (image quality, correct lead markers and patient data/history);
- Performs other duties as assigned;
- Performs routine and complex studies and assists in a variety of imaging procedures;
- Recognizes significant structures, artifacts, pathology and equipment limitations;
- Sets up and adjusts all equipment and manually maneuvers transducers to perform exams;
- Implements safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures;
- Maintains compliance with regulatory agencies;
- The successful team member has a commitment to leveraging diversity and inclusion in support of quality care;

Requirements:
- Must provide evidence of continuing education credits to fulfill accreditation requirements;
- An individual must possess a current/valid certification in diagnostic ultrasound;
- Maintain or be eligible for certification the American Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer ;
- American Heart Association BLS;
- ARDMS registry in Abdomen and OB/GYN.
