Our company is looking for a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) STAFFING to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Other duties as requested by supervisor;
- Transfer client using Gait Belt/Hoyer Lift;
- Records all pertinent care and observations in patient record as directed by facility;
- Personal care as instructed; dressing and bathing, linen change, oral hygiene, skin care;
- Schedule:* 2nd, 3rd shift -8hr/12hr shifts available;
- Schedule:* 12hr shifts available;
- Medical;
- Case Management, Assessments, Assisting Care Partners, Coming Home and On-Call Admissions;
- Palliative/Crisis care, supervision of CNAs, STNAs.
Requirements:
- Current TB, Physical and Clean background check;
- Must have Driver’s license, current auto insurance, or access to reliable transportation;
- State Tested Nursing Assistant License;
- State Tested Nursing Assistant License with Hospice exp.
