Our company is looking for a Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Educate patients for specific diagnosis, management of complications, medication administration, and comfort management;
- Recognize, interpret, and initiate appropriate actions based on arrhythmia monitoring;
- Complete patient teaching for several ailments such as Heart Failure, Diabetes, etc;

- Evaluates the effectiveness of care and addresses any issues that affect the desired patient outcomes;
- Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required;
- Facilitates the process of reporting patient status to the following shift of nursing personnel;
- Provides age and culturally appropriate care;
- Instructs and educates patients and families;
- Supports nursing staff in communication with physicians to include accepting doctors’ orders and communicating patient condition;
- Administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, monitors vital signs;
- Carries out physician orders;
- Assesses and coordinates patient’s discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing;
- Basic computer knowledge.
