Requirements:
- Experience with Bodyshop Management Software;
- Ability to analyze and identify problems quickly;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Knowledge of major Direct Repair Program programs;
- Knowledge of CCC Estimating System Required, Audatex and Mitchell Preferred;
- Ability to learn new technology;
- Team Based Communication Skills;
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds DMS and Profitnet Management Systems is a plus;
- Minimum of 5 years collision estimating experience at a collision repair center;
- Previous experience with CCC, Audatex and Mitchell Estimating Systems;
- Ability to work in a shop environment and lift 50 lbs. overhead;
- ICAR certifications preferred;
- Great communication skills.
