Our company is looking for a Cnc Maintenance Tech to join our team.


  • Diagnostics;
  • Work with Manufacture Support teams;
  • Machine repairs (mechanical);
  • Part Quoting;
  • Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical failures on CNC Equipment;
  • Calibrate, repair, program and troubleshoot robotic systems (Fanuc and ABB);
  • Follow inventory program of spare parts and supplies used in maintenance department;
  • Compile records of equipment and machinery information to use as maintenance resources;
  • Assist the Lead Maintenance Technician with preventive and predictive maintenance on the facilities CNC and production machinery when necessary;
  • Communicate with supervisors and managers to inform of situations that may impact production;
  • Assist in maintaining an inventory of spare parts for all machines to minimize downtime;
  • Understanding of electrical wiring, hydraulics, and pneumatics & must be able to read schematics and parts drawings;
  • Calibrate, repair, program and troubleshoot vision systems (Fanuc, ABB, and Cognex Vision);
  • Perform other essential duties as assigned by management;
  • Responsible for the maintenance, repair and setup of robotics, CNC machines, vision systems, and other control driven equipment.


  • Knowledge of/ Experience with ISO9001 and/ or AS9100 Quality Systems;
  • General computing including Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • Possess basic mathematics skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide;
  • Be able to lift and move up to 50lbs. periodically during shift when necessary;
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
  • Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability;
  • High School or General Equivalency Diploma;
  • Strong electrical and hydraulic experience – Pneumatic experience is a plus;
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED;
  • Minimum 18 years of age;
  • Ability to program and teach Fanuc/ABB robots;
  • Ability to handle physical work load;
  • 3 to 5 years experience and/or training with Industrial Maintenance with CNC machines;
  • Strong critical-thinking and troubleshooting skills;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environmental.
