Responsibilities:
- Ability to physically manage painting, pressure washing, blower breezeways and parking lots;
- Change bulbs, locks/keys;
- Exterior/ Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair;
- Light plumbing, electrical and HVAC repair;
- Must be able to install and repair appliances and furniture;
- Complete Service Requests including HVAC Repairs;
- Light plumbing & electrical;
- Must be able to install and repair appliances.
Requirements:

- Six months onsite apartment or hotel/hospitality maintenance experience;
- Have your own set of hand tools;
- minimum 2 years apartment maintenance technician experience;
- EPA Universal Certification.
