Industrial Maintenance Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Industrial Maintenance to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Installing power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment such as robots, conveyors and programmable controllers;
- Diagnosing malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors and gear boxes and then replacing the damaged parts;
- Troubleshooting press machines, Fanuc robotics, and several automated electrical components;
- High-speed horizontal and vertical carton machines;
- Install new machinery and/or equipment by installing utilities to and between machines and equipment using hand and power tools and test equipment;
- Bag machines;
- Perform routine preventative maintenance per established PM program;
- Moguls and related equipment such as pumps, conveyors, printers, tapers etc;
- Rebuild machinery as wear and tear occurs;
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment including but not limited to;
- Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
Requirements:
- Drug free at all times;
- 4 years of related industry experience;
- Ability to follow electrical code manuals to perform maintenance and repair on industrial machinery and equipment;
- Experience working with hand tools, power tool and electronic test equipment;
- Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation;
- Comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints and other specifications required by our client;
- High standard of integrity and professionalism.
