Our company is looking for a Lube Tech to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Check and communicate oil level to other Teammates;
  • Clean and lubricate fittings as needed;
  • Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation;
  • Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter;
  • Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary;
  • Complete vehicle inspection;
  • Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable;
  • Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs;
  • Must be able to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds;
  • Have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive vehicles;
  • Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs;
  • Checks all fluids and maintenance-related parts and tops-off or replaces fluids or filters/parts as required;
  • Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards;
  • Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of automotive servicing or repair highly desired;
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance;
  • Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles;
  • One year of relevant experience preferred;
  • Have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive vehicles;
  • Must be able to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds;
  • Highly professional and dependable;
  • High school diploma or GED preferred;
  • Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed;
  • Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record;
  • Safety and customer service oriented;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff;
  • Basic computer and internet skills;
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
