Our company is looking for a Maintenance Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring all Company safety procedures and safe operating standards are followed by plant personnel, in accordance with OSHA;
  • Trains Level 1 and Level 2 Maintenance personnel;
  • Troubleshoots and repairs process machinery and hydraulic equipment;
  • Attends regularly scheduled safety meetings and may be asked to serve on Safety Committee;
  • Responsible for cleanliness of equipment and regularly scheduled safety inspections;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Manage daily inventory of supplies and parts, ensuring replacements are ordered in a timely fashion;
  • Follows preventative maintenance schedule on all plant equipment;
  • Provides direction and leadership for the maintenance crew and daily activities and duties;
  • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, manufacturing equipment, and the facilities;
  • Perform calibration on pressure gauges, ovens, temperature controls, and other equipment;
  • Provide exceptional customer service;
  • Ensure safety regulations are met;
  • Conducts inspections of own and others work in accordance with company requirements;
  • Change filters and belts.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Electrical Systems and Controls preferred;
  • Qualified Candidates will need 3 years of relevant experience and knowledge, in both electrical and mechanical systems;
  • Able to use hand and mechanical tools to ensure safety and completion of tasks;
  • Contract oversight;
  • Capable of learning new skills quickly;
  • Knowledge of plumbing and minor electrical systems;
  • Experience working in maintenance;
  • General maintenance skills;
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
