Our company is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Successful experience with managing and developing talent and building a strong team to improve organizational capability;
  • Support the corporate profit objectives by directing safe and efficient predictive, preventive and corrective equipment repairs in a timely manner;
  • Solicits and reviews bids and quotes from vendors; selects and manages vendor work;
  • Leads the site maintenance team on developing work system structure to help achieve plant objectives and organizational culture;
  • Monitor the Company’s Quality program in the station and ensure conformity and implementation of standards;
  • Responsible for adherence to Company training programs;
  • Is responsible for handling, storing, and keeping maintenance records for entire company using the Work Order system;
  • Develop and set repair standards, specifications, and audits/inspections of repaired equipment or services;
  • 10+ years’ experience in maintenance management (Automotive Preferred);
  • Ensure full compliance to all Safety and Quality related policies, procedures and practices;
  • Develop (and receive from others), prioritize, assign, and track maintenance work orders;
  • Prepares and coordinates maintenance resources and provides recommendations for capital and continuous improvement projects;
  • Managing maintenance and cleaning supplies/inventory, and following procurement procedures for the same as directed;
  • Oversee maintenance procedures, processes, and timeliness of maintenance work;
  • Assists in recruitment process of Maintenance personnel.

Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to meet deadlines, effectively handle multiple priorities, be flexible and adjust quickly to change;
  • Must have specific strength in electrical/electronic areas as relating to applications and programming of PC/PLC;
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. with a minimum of five years of maintenance leadership experience required;
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
  • Required to maintain a state ride inspection certification;
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Technical degree or BS in Engineering preferred;
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities;
  • The military equivalent will be recognized in lieu of education and/or experience;
  • Schedule preventative maintenance checks of all electrical alarms;
  • Ability to communicate detailed instructions (verbal and written) to staff;
  • experience running maintenance department and supporting site manager;
  • Associate degree in a technical discipline;
