Part Time Maintenance Technician Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Part Time Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Other duties and projects as assigned;
- Ensure community is presentable, inviting, and adheres to our curb appeal standards at all times;
- Minor drywall damages;
- Demonstrated knowledge of and broad experience in general maintenance techniques and repair work;
- Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work;
- Ability to provide legible written reports;
- Cleaning drains and sewer lines up to 4”
- Removing bulk trash (including appliances);
- Valid driver’s license;
- Various paid holidays, bereavement time and pay for jury duty;
- Site Rent Discounts for team members who live in our communities;
- Maintain lawns, grounds, landscaping and parking lots including snow removal;
- Perform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines;
- Replacement of wearable parts (i.e. bulbs, wipers);
- Repair and maintain simple electrical circuits, switches, outlets and lighting fixtures.
Requirements:
- Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge;
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license;
- Saturday OFF;
- Monday 7am-4pm;
- Must be at least 18 years of age;
- High School Diploma or G.E.D;
- Wednesday: OFF;
- Tuesday 7am-4pm;
- Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English;
- Thursday 7am – 4pm;
- Friday: 7am – 4pm;
- Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following shift/schedule: Sunday 7am – 4pm;
- Previous technician/mechanical experience preferred.
