Pool Service Technician Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Pool Service Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Follows Anthony & Sylvan Pool’s policies and procedures;
- Other duties and projects as assigned;
- Clearly communicates with the construction and warranty divisions by giving essential recommendations regarding customer claim issues;
- Keeps current on pool-related service aspects by attending vendor and trade show training;
- Perform advanced chemical balancing and testing of water;
- Measure and install safety pool covers per manufactures guidelines;
- Perform spring opening and fall winterization of residential swimming pools per company guidelines;
- Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of all pool services performed;
- Assists in the in-field training of new technicians;
- Diagnose, repair, and replace swimming pool equipment.
Requirements:
- NESP CMS & CMT preferred;
- Water chemistry experience preferred;
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred;
- 1 – 3 years technical experience in a service industry required;
- Mechanical aptitude & problem solving;
- General pool background experience preferred;
- Valid driver’s license required;
- Must be willing to travel.
