Our company is looking for a Power Converter Test Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily perform hardware test and integration of highly complex, highly reliable spaceflight payload electronics.

Requirements:

  • Good computer skills and knowledge of UNIX, Windows and MS Office;
  • Knowledgeable use of test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators;
  • Read and follow detailed work instructions and test procedures;
  • Associates degree;
  • Focus is on completing tasks or activities supporting implementation of procedures;
  • Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations;
  • Background in electrical testing techniques with a basic understanding of Ohms Law;
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Power Converter Test Technician;
  • Interfacing daily with engineering and tasked to run special tests for engineering;
  • Interpret complex engineering drawings, diagrams and schematics and the necessary interfaces;
  • Flexible Schedule;
  • Understanding of the job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks;
