Our company is looking for a Production Line Mechanic to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide training to line workers on equipment and processes within assigned areas as required;
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations;
  • Able to locate sources of problems by observing machine in operation to decide on best course of action;
  • Must have good communication skills;
  • Electrical understanding is favored;
  • Must follow GMPs, SOPs, and Safety Rules;
  • Must be able to work overtime when required;
  • Must have 3 years of production type mechanical trouble-shooting experience;
  • Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment;
  • Required to follow all developed GMP’s, SOP’s, and Safety Rules;
  • Must have the ability to work well with Quality Control Personnel at all times;
  • Must complete documentation neatly and accurately;
  • Must work well with Quality Control Personnel at all times;
  • Must have own tools;
  • Must have proven experience in pneumatic devices.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks at the same time;
  • Three years of experience in a manufacturing setting (high-speed manufacturing is preferred);
  • Must be able to work up to twelve (12) hour shifts, both day and evening;
  • Electrical understanding;
  • Must have own tools;
  • Climbing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, pulling, lifting, grasping, twisting, sitting, feeling, and visual acuity;
  • Trustworthy;
  • Must be able to lift and move up to a max. of 50 pounds;
  • Experience in pneumatic devices;
  • SPSS or another statistical program;
  • Employee will be exposed to inside and could be exposed to outside environmental conditions;
  • Dependable;
  • Convey answers or instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, and quickly;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Receive instructions through oral and written communications accurately and quickly.
