Our company is looking for a Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform housekeeping duties around the jobsite and Company premises;
- Capable of working at heights;
- Demonstrate an ability and willingness to learn all aspects of thermal/moisture protection;
- Conforms to the Tuffy Rules and Safety Standards;
- Strong verbal communication skills;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Participate in test runs and meeting safety regulations;
- Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper functioning;
- Ensuring the devices have the appropriate programs;
- Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed;
- Understand and complete required training for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations;
- Maintains, cleans and prepares equipment used in vaccine manufacturing process;
- Maintains, inventories, and transports all required processing equipment, materials, supplies and products needed to support manufacturing;
- May support inventory tracking of filters – work with applications engineers on stocking of necessary filters;
- May help stock materials and supplies in the lab.
Requirements:
- Self-starter, independent problem solver, and learner;
- Ability to develop a strong fundamental understating of equipment;
- Strong verbal communication skills;
- General electrical maintenance experience;
- Must be flexible with time and adaptable to change;
- Function well in a cooperative and team-oriented environment;
- Upholds the quality policies of the company;
- Must be able to pass a standardized color vision screen;
- Experience with electrical fabrication;
- Must be willing to work 12 hour shifts, including nights;
- Ability to install, configure and maintain Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems;
- Previous experience with inventory management business systems such as IFS and SAP is preferred;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network;
- Ability to assemble and wire electro-mechanical devices, components, and subassemblies from schematics and layout drawings;
- Must pass background check.
