Our company is looking for a Workers Compensation Attorney to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with Insurance Adjusters and Opposing Council to obtain maximum case values for our clients;
- Maintain regular and comprehensive communication with our clients;
- Secure TTD benefits, PPD benefits and medical treatment for plaintiffs;
- Conduct depositions of medical providers;
- Appear before the Illinois Workers Compensation Commission to represent petitioners in WC claims.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- Team player willing to collaborate with and assist fellow team members;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Ability to manage time and case load;
- Ability to communicate effectively under pressure.
