Formulation Chemist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Formulation Chemist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and decide on development maintenance based on film library and formulation library studies;
- Work with Method development and transfer to execute test;
- Develop and maintain the product development program;
- Will use and provide scale-up, validation and purchasing support;
- Understand product development while paying close attention to use in different industries;
- Products being dealt with are household items, industrial and cosmetic products;
- Conduct Studies in relations to Film and Product Stability;
- Use analytical equipment such as IQ/OQ and PQ to perform these validations from the tests.
Requirements:
- Must have 1-2 years of experience formulating personal care products;
- Must be able to read, analyze and interpret business journals, government regulations and technical procedures;
- Bachelor’s Degree with a strong emphasis on Chemistry;
- Background check;
- Drug Test;
- Bachelors.
