Responsibilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Develop, optimize, and qualify mass spectrometry-based methods to characterize viral vectors and CAR-T drug products;
- Experience with authoring-controlled documents such as test methods, SOPs, and technical reports;
- Implement new technologies that have impact across programs;
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment, meet deadlines, prioritize work across multiple projects;
- Lead program and project teams to deliver methods that are fit for purpose.
Requirements:
- PhD and 1 – 3 years of post-doctoral experience or a Master’s and 10+ years of experience;
- Experience with running and maintaining mass spectrometers (Orbitrap and QTOF technology).
