Our company is looking for a Senior Program Manager – CTJ to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable /support workflow orchestration development, systemic automation and data management, including reporting and managing risks;
  • Lead with outstanding communication, problem solving, analytical and program/project management skills;
  • On call pager with commute-to-site expectations;
  • Develop policies and procedures that align delivery and approach across Microsoft Engineering teams;
  • Disseminates a common project culture and mindset by informing, communicating and training teams about techniques, methodologies and best practices;
  • Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across engineering, sales, services and partner teams;
  • Evangelize and teach others to reach beyond existing solutions and technologies to incorporate new ideas;
  • Work closely with FT engineers in addressing customer solution needs and driving success with their Azure deployments;
  • Demonstrate expertise in existing Azure services and quickly ramp up on new service offerings and OSS components;
  • Develops a common project language by defining milestones, metrics and KPIs so that everyone is on the same wavelength;
  • Effective define and drive strategic business goals with customers or partners;
  • Identify opportunities where we can do better for our customers (process, tools, technology) to increase FT’s overall impact;
  • Communicate effectively and influence business and technical decision makers;
  • Oversee the customer onboarding journey, the customer experience and maintain the overall customer relationship;
  • Collaborate across teams and across levels of management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of coordinating large scale program/ project delivery;
  • BS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience;
  • Must be able to travel up to 50%
  • Good networking experience and understanding of network infrastructure, routing, load balancing, Internet transport protocols and optical networking;
  • 3+ years of experience operating in a PMO or similar central program office preferred;
  • 7+ years of direct customer facing experience or management consulting;
  • Real-world smart, logical and able to learn new areas quickly;
  • 5+ years of program management or computer/network engineering experience;
  • 5-8+ years of experience with large scale services or distributed systems;
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence business and technical decision makers;
  • 3+ years of experience working with customers across highly regulated industries such as global government, financial services, or health sector;
  • Demonstrated skills and abilities to consistently create an amazingly positive experience for customers;
  • Highly effective communication and collaboration with customers, partners and across teams;
  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering or Mathematics or equivalent experience;
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and across levels of management.
