The Account Executive pursues relationships with potential new accounts and seeks business expansion opportunities with current clients. Develops relationships with major clients in order to increase revenue. Being an Account Executive visits client locations periodically to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Has detailed knowledge of products and services being offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. In addition, Account Executive provides sales quotations and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor’s degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being an Account Executive work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Working as an Account Executive typically requires 4-7 years of related experience.

Our company is looking for a Account Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage mid-enterprise prospect/customer evaluations, proof of concepts, and any RFP/RFIs;
  • Prepare weekly and quarterly projections, competitive information and relevant reports as necessary;
  • Engage with all levels of the organization and within cross-functional teams;
  • Negotiate sales contracts;
  • Empirically qualify and quantify new business opportunities;
  • Learn and demonstrate the Triplebyte platform to new prospective customers.Work full cycle deals from lead to close;
  • Responsible for online & traditional advertising spaces across all of HYPEBEAST’s media properties;
  • Providing other departments feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
  • Attending certain trade shows to identify new leads;
  • Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits;
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales;
  • Track and publish weekly reports using quantitative results;
  • Efficiently identify and aggressively pursue prospective merchants;
  • Build and foster relationships at appropriate client level;
  • Understand standard SaaS business models, terms and licensing.

Requirements:

  • Experience with G-suite, CRMs, and Salesforce;
  • Experience at a corporate communications, public relations or public affairs agency or comparable in-house position is strongly preferred;
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to succeed in a start-up environment where nothing comes easy and one must remain scrappy at all costs;
  • Extreme attention to detail. While the perfect can’t be the enemy of the good, you dot your i’s and cross your t’s;
  • Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role with a Bachelor’s degree;
  • Preferred experience with mid tier majors Macy’s, Lord and Taylor, Bealls, Stage, Gorman’s, Rue 21 etc;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and close sales opportunities on a consistent basis, following a prescribed methodology;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once;
  • Serve as a representative of KAKE to the community;
  • Persuasive presentation and meeting facilitation skills;
  • Writes clearly and concisely;
  • Ability to travel at least once a month (within the US);
  • Willingness to work flexible hours in accordance with company needs/work flow demands.
