Account Manager/Recruiter Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Account Manager/Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Visiting existing customers on a regular basis;
- Ensure that all customers are provided with the highest level of customer service;
- Working closely with branch staff and managers and be a useful source of detailed client intelligence/information;
- Attending job fairs, and business networking functions;
- Obtaining account intelligence in order to refine and improve our level of service;
- Strategizing with teammates and managers to accomplish weekly business growth goals;
- Maintaining consistent and open lines of communications with all clients;
- Anticipating, and resolving possible service failures before they occur;
- Generating reports as required, and maintaining client information up to date;
- On-time customer service;
- Establishing solid relationships with clients by building rapport and confidence;
- Supervising personnel On-Site when necessary.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment;
- Clean background;
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish);
- 4 to 5 years of industry-related experience;
- Completed a minimum of 2 years towards a Marketing, Business Administration, or Human Resources Degree;
- Self-motivated & reliable;
- Computer literacy;
- Strong ability to multi-task;
- Attention to detail, organized and possess exceptional judgment & reasoning skills;
- Drug-free workplace.
