Our company is looking for a Area Sales Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in developing and managing a Trimester Sales and Marketing Plan, for each Community they support, which will be updated monthly;
  • Utilizes Marketing spend down sheet to ensure cost control;
  • Develop strategic sales plan, including program offerings, target accounts, etc;
  • Build direct relationships with KOLs;
  • Implement tools and messaging to support targeted sales efforts;
  • Ability to travel up to 40%;
  • Develop compensation plans linked to maximizing opportunities for increased sales and profitability;
  • Define sales channel roles required to maximize business opportunities at regional levels;
  • Ensures Executive Directors have necessary information to complete the lease agreements;
  • Writes appropriate thank you notes as follow-up to leads;
  • Presents a positive and informative first impression to all prospective residents and their families;
  • Serve as the “designee” of the Executive Directors when requested to do so;
  • Meets or exceeds monthly Sales Activity quotas;
  • Drives reps to consistently achieve above-quota performance;
  • Trains or provide training to reps on company’s entire converged product portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge of required standard practices that promote positive public relations;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Healthcare Administration, or Communications preferred;
  • Must demonstrate the ability to serve as a positive role model and spokesperson;
  • Must have a valid driver’s license;
  • Practice and promote Affinity Living Group’s Policies and Procedures, Mission, Vision and Values;
  • Must score at least 80 on both the Hartman and JIST. If not, VPSM must approve next step;
  • Must meet all health requirements;
  • Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly;
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Ability to work with and develop key accounts;
  • Demonstrated experience in dental office selling preferred;
  • Innovative thinking;
  • Minimum of 10 plus years large account management experience;
  • Strong planning and tactical execution.
