Our company is looking for a Associate Director Global Marketing to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of BioFire Diagnostics’ Quality System;
  • Partner with regional teams to ensure diverse commercial insights brought into tactical development process;
  • Identify critical issues that impact the success of promotional marketing efforts;
  • Manage program budget and develop metrics to ensure success of the programs;
  • Provides tactical leadership of the brands and coordination across regions;
  • Managing 3rd party agencies and vendors;
  • Prepare and present key business updates to Senior Management;
  • Support development of the brand global strategy, brand planning, positioning, messaging, brand name work and brand imagery;
  • Lead generation for sales force and distribution channel;
  • Ensure that materials and programs are highly effective and compliant by owning projects through the Medical, Legal and Regulatory review process;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders;
  • Help to guide and shape overall brand strategy based off of market research, competitive intelligence, advisory boards, and emerging clinical data;
  • Development and executional excellence of Brand Plan;
  • Manage agency of record (AoR) for the development of content and materials within budget and timelines;
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with all internal and external partners and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff;
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills;
  • Expertise in marketing regulated clinical diagnostics in the field of infectious disease;
  • Presents technical information to audience with various levels of scientific background;
  • Works independently under minimal supervision;
  • Knowledge of Molecular and Microbiology laboratory techniques such as PCR is highly desired;
  • Proactive attitude, ambition and the confidence necessary to lead others and achieve aggressive goals;
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills;
  • Organizational and project management skills;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, and Word);
  • Management and leadership skills.
