Brand Ambassador Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Brand Ambassador to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Building rapport with customers and vendors;
- Cold Calling;
- Data entry;
- Sample JJ’s sandwiches throughout the community;
- Familiarizing yourself with the product company’s mission, vision, and goals;
- Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering first call resolution and taking ownership of every scenario;
- Handle inbound calls; greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner;
- Access Facebook pages for each brand on a regular basis to stay abreast of launches and campaigns;
- Set up, execute, and break down events, which would require lifting up to 50 lbs;
- Traveling to and from retail locations;
- Keep proper channels of communication with management;
- Keep kiosk clean;
- Stock and tag inventory;
- Process returns and exchanges;
- Ensure proper merchandise presentation.
Requirements:
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Must be able to lift 50 lb;
- Must be computer proficient;
- Must have own vehicle, driver license, and auto insurance;
- Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching;
- Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 50 pounds;
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing;
- Previous sales & marketing experience a plus;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite, SAP knowledge a plus;
- Experience in eCommerce, especially in the luxury retail sector preferred;
- Knowledgeable and active in the Social Media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Blogs) communications/advertising program;
- Reliable transportation;
- Have an active driver’s license;
- Must have night and weekend availability.
