Our company is looking for a Business Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals set forth by Managing Board;
  • Develop, track, and control the branch budget in accordance with Association guidelines;
  • Drive and lead Budget management and allocation;
  • Improve and simplify standardized mechanisms for tracking and reporting on ROB across business lines;
  • Partner with business planning, chief of staff, HR, and recruiting to manage headcount;
  • Maintain rhythm of business (ROB) adhering to the overall organization requirements and ensure continuity of business processes;
  • Manage the equipment asset purchasing and transfer process; vehicle cost management and annual registration renewals;
  • Maintain needed documentation to ensure compliance to internal and external audits;
  • Administer all benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K;
  • Build relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers;
  • Ensure adherence to legal regulations and guidelines;
  • Work with dealer on a daily basis in the area of financial management and prepare month end financial statements;
  • Ensuring timely and accurate posting of all store transactions;
  • Oversees invoicing and management of grants;
  • Previous consulting experience is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively;
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills, planning and organizational abilities;
  • Strong communicative and written ability with excellent problem solving skills;
  • Energy and Drive to do what it takes everyday;
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Business Financial Management;
  • Organized and detail oriented;
  • Human Resources experience – familiarity with employment laws and requirements;
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience;
  • Strong proficiency in Word and Excel required. Must have a passion for excellent customer service and commitment to exceptional quality;
  • Power user of Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, PowerBI or equivalent communication/collaboration technologies and analytics tools;
  • Proficiency in University financial systems desirable;
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business management, global project or program management, or operations management;
  • Collaborative team player;
  • Associates degree in Accounting required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a plus;
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely and senior executives both within Microsoft and across the channel – both orally and in written form.
