Campus Recruiting Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Campus Recruiting Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the hiring process complies with KPMG policies and procedures as well as employment laws and regulations;
- Participate in national campus taskforces, as needed;
- Collaborate with local recruiters to successfully market and fill program budgets in each office with top candidates;
- Develop and deploy the university recruiting strategy for select national programs; manage execution program recruiting process;
- Assist with various special projects for campus leadership and additional tasks;
- Monitor candidate progression and be a key point of contact and support for selected participants.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs in a high-impact environment;
- Minimum four years of experience in Campus Recruiting or similar role, preferably within a professional services environment;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university;
- Ability to travel approximately 20%; flexibility to work evening hours and some weekends;
- Ability to use recruiting applicant tracking system for applicant tracking and reporting.
