Center Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Center Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Attends monthly operation meetings with Regional Manager having a clear understanding of reports and variables that affected outcomes;
- Supervising students;
- Ensures staff is following Human Resources policies such as cell phone and uniform policies, attendance, schedules, etc;
- Performs document management and reviews to monitor proper document completeness;
- Assisting in budgetary management;
- Program planning and coordination;
- Reviews that physician orders are processed in a timely manner;
- Provides day to day administrative support to the Regional Manager;
- Responds to staff inquiries when unsure of job duties, trains staff on system processes and procedures as necessary;
- Performs all other duties as directed by immediate supervisors;
- Works efficiently with physician and other office staff;
- Informs Regional Manager when there is no patient access to in-house providers and services;
- All employees must respond and participate to emergency situation per emergency policies and procedures;
- Maintains physician tables, updates reports, as needed;
- Manages to work with limited resources and personnel.
Requirements:
- Master of Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Public Health or related area.
