Our company is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans and forecasts that will enable the company to achieve its long-term objectives;
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with customers, partners, prospects, and travel industry executives;
  • Serve as the senior advisor to the President & CEO on all strategic commercial matters;
  • Manage team to ensure that individual targets and goals are achieved to support broader corporate objectives;
  • Lead the Global Network Sales, Alternative Forms of Payment, and Marketing & Communications teams in pursuit of overall corporate goals;
  • Represent the company at industry events and serve on committees and task forces as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead and manage; to build upon the experience and success of the existing sales team by mentoring and further developing the group;
  • Strong background in business development and new deal origination;
  • Prior experience as VP, SVP, EVP or Head of Sales in aerospace/aviation industry, specifically helicopters, required;
  • Strong people management and interpersonal skills;
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a clear, concise manner; will adapt communication style as needed;
  • Leadership gravitas;
  • Demonstrated history of growing sales, margin and market share in the aerospace industry;
  • Must be highly motivated, a true self-starter;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience with capture of major government contracts;
  • Must have the experience and ability to initiate and spearhead major business development efforts for Company – frequently in the $50MM plus range.
