Our company is looking for a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Interview, hire, and train employees, as well as plan, assign, and direct work as needed;
  • Direct project management of major software development projects;
  • Provide executive management leadership for all information technology and software development;
  • Explore new technologies for future planning and potential implementation;
  • Provide strategic input into the business strategy development leveraging information technologies and influence/persuade for its acceptance;
  • Develop and manage the Information Technology department within approved budget parameters;
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure protection and security of company IT assets, trade secrets, and Intellectual Property;
  • Develop a business recovery plan to provide timely and effective restoration of IT services in the event of disaster.

Requirements:

  • As a senior leader, take personal ownership of the culture shift and be an accelerator in the advancement of the credit union’s long range culture;
  • Four-year college degree, as well as graduate degree in a business or technology field, or equivalent preferred.
