Our company is looking for a Clinic Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews and edits transcribed reports or dictated material for spelling, grammar, clarity, consistency, and proper medical terminology;
- Transcribes dictation for a variety of medical reports;
- Distinguishes between homonyms and recognizes inconsistencies and mistakes in medical terms;
- Receives and screens telephone calls and visitors;
- Produces medical reports, correspondence, records, patient-care information, and other administrative material;
- Takes notes utilizing computer based software;
- Performs a variety of clerical and office tasks;
- Returns dictated reports in printed or electronic form for clinical directors review review;
- The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time;
- Answers inquiries concerning the progress of medical cases, within the limits of confidentiality laws;

Requirements:
- Computer literacy;
- Judgment and decision making;
- Must be able to type 75 words per a minute or greater;
- Time Management;
- Active listening;
- Excellent communication and transcribing skills;
- Critical thinking;
- Preferred Field of Expertise: Medical transcription with combined medical secretarial and administrative experience;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Ability to establish and maintain quality controls;
- Masters Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or Health Administration;
- Ability to organize and integrate organizational priorities and deadlines;
- Skill in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgement, discretion and decision-making to achieve clinic objectives;
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
