Our company is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the collection of accounts receivable for accounts that require a weekly change and/or are delinquent according to company credit terms;
  • Maintain knowledge of the company’s selling system principles. Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete;
  • Develop new ideas that will help improve company image, sales and operations;
  • Additional duties as assigned;
  • Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities;
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to manager as appropriate;
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers;
  • Effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required;
  • Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address business needs;
  • Create client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs);
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through timely communication via phone, letter, email and in person;
  • Delivering exceptional client service resulting in high level of retention;
  • Managing accounts, identify opportunities to cross-sell and offer new coverage;
  • Collecting premiums on outstanding accounts receivables;
  • Mentor peers and support the professional growth of the team.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree required in business administration, management, marketing or similar;
  • Comfortable utilizing up-sell techniques;
  • Ability to exercise judgement and to work independently;
  • Extensive product knowledge or the ability to obtain product knowledge;
  • Strong sales experience;
  • Strong verbal communication skills;
  • Demonstrated excellence in presentations skill with ability to build relevant, strategic messaging;
  • A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, & team work;
  • Meet daily, weekly and/or monthly sales quotas established by the management team;
  • Must have valid driver’s license for the applicable state;
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in or related field required;
  • Track and report daily/weekly activities;
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred;
  • Build new business relationships through cold calling, networking and referrals;
  • Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic.
