Responsibilities:
- Developing departmental guidelines, and for recommending departmental budgets;

- Completing semi-annual performance and annual salary reviews of all personnel under direct, primary reporting supervision;

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience;
- Ability to engineer financial and operational processes and enable change management;
- MBA or Master’s degree in Management or a technical or engineering field;
- 2 years of experience in a planning, analytics, or financial management role at a large corporation;
- 2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, investment banking, business operations, or sales operations;
- Ability to understand data sources and to maintain data rigor and hygiene;
- Impeccable business skills and a natural inclination to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutions.
