Our company is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing scopes of work and bidding out maintenance and construction projects. Requires an understanding of tenant and capital improvements;
  • Interact with senior management to ensure objectives are met;
  • Manage renewal and bidding of all vendor service contracts;
  • Answer phones and greet clients;
  • Manage filing system;
  • Conduct property walks;
  • Prepare annual operating budget;
  • Lease administration;
  • Provide mentorship and training for assistant property managers;
  • Demonstrating knowledge of work order software or tenant request procedures;
  • Direct communication with clients;
  • Performing CAM reconciliations yearly and re-forecasts as required;
  • Actively engaging and developing skills of team members;
  • Prepare, review and provide monthly financials and operation reports as required accurately and timely;
  • Promptly responding to tenant and owner requests in a professional manager.

Requirements:

  • Efficient multi-tasking and time management capability;
  • 3-5 years of property management experience. Commercial experience preferred;
  • Highly motivated individual;
  • Proven people management abilities;
  • Knowledge of commercial leasing and related terminology and issues;
  • CPM, RPA, and/or CCIM in addition to degree preferable;
  • Must be a team player;
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Commercial Property Management experience with preference to CPM or RPA designations;
  • Strong focus on delivering results and providing exceptional tenant service;
  • A minimum of two years of commercial property management experience;
  • Must be able to travel to various city and suburban buildings within portfolio;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Must be highly organized with superior written and communication skills;
  • Ability to learn procedures and systems quickly;
  • Effective negotiating and management skills.
