Content Marketing Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Account based campaign and communication creation, execution and management; own editorial calendar;
- Own organic social with a goal of increasing employee advocacy and digital engagement;
- Gather feedback and measure the impact of integrated Marketing campaigns;
- Report on content marketing KPIs and channel strategies including presentations to internal teams;
- Foster increased employee participation in content marketing, including editing your colleagues’ blog contributions;
- Build and maintain a content calendar in collaboration with demand generation, events, client marketing and product marketing;
- Customer Stories: Develop compelling case studies by engaging with existing customers and demonstrating the impact Amper has had;
- Product Marketing: Collaboratively develop an impactful product position and communicate it on our website, newsletters, and other sales collateral;
- Draft, update and maintain marketing collateral;
- You will build and maintain a content calendar and then publish content that speaks to our audience;
- Work cross-functionally on a global scale with teams in UK and AUS;
- Help manage editorial calendar;
- Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement;
- Identifies and executes deployment and promotion strategies for all content campaigns, in line with Marketing and Business Development objectives;
- Own and maintain the blog content and content strategy including SEO keywords.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with tools like Highspot, Marketo, SFDC and WordPress preferred;
- Solid foundation in SEO;
- Detail oriented;
- Proficiency in content management system (e.g. Hubspot, WordPress) and Google Analytics;
- Ability to work well with people in a team environment;
- Eye for design to create impactful content;
- Exceptional content writing skills and oral presentation skills;
- You have experience in the legal field, though a law degree or any certification is not required;
- Organized and deadline-driven, you are good at managing projects and workflows;
- Strong oral and written communication skills including impeccable grammar, an eye for typographical errors, and attention to detail;
- Highly collaborative, team player and comfortable working across departments and teams in a fast-paced environment;
- You have a Bachelor’s degree;
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
