Our company is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with sourcing writers is beneficial;
  • Authoring accompanying social copy for all content posted to Codal’s social channels;
  • Assist with PO and invoice management;
  • Writing, editing, and assisting in the creation of sales proposals and/or case studies for prospective clients;
  • Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high quality content;
  • Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals;
  • Write all copy related to marketing campaigns and sales documents;
  • Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets;
  • Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics;
  • Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members;
  • Edit, proofread and improve content;
  • Research complex topics for marketing content to engage potential customers;
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying event opportunities and coordinating 10Pearls’ participation;
  • Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics;
  • You’ll collect, monitor and analyze social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent proofreading ability;
  • Experience developing and ensuring that content is consistent with company/product messaging and positioning;
  • Excellent written and communication skills;
  • Experience learning and grasping technical concepts and turning them into compelling marketing content;
  • Experience being the “final word” on content published to corporate marketing websites, etc;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
  • Strong command of English grammar, effective headline generation, AP style writing and editing skills;
  • 2-3 years? experience creating marketing content, preferably in the industrial equipment space or similarly technical field (Examples necessary);
  • Strong analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel;
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 10%
  • Video editing capabilities a plus;
  • 2+ years of experience in Content Marketing;
  • Understanding of content marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising and social media marketing.
