Our company is looking for a Content Strategist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Write sales collateral like brochures and data sheets;
  • Providing a critical eye for design assets, working with the marketing team or graphics team to uphold creative brand guidelines;
  • Publish content on website platform and build emails in Hubspot;
  • Responsible for proofreading content and ensuring the quality of the overall campaigns and maintaining the integrity of the brand;
  • Oversees quality control for all channels and serves as final gatekeeper by: Reviewing outgoing posts daily;
  • Maintains and optimizes company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content;
  • Having customer-centric attention to detail, ensuring a variety of copy and creative across all channels;
  • Provides high-level content recommendations that help achieve the goals of our brands;
  • Assist with other marketing projects when needed;
  • Occasionally writes longer-form content such as blog posts, video scripts, educational materials, and more;
  • Identifies opportunities to repurpose existing marketing assets into other forms of content, updating and modifying them as needed;
  • Thrives in an environment that supports creativity, an open exchange of ideas, and problem-solving;
  • Write whitepapers, case studies, research reports, ebooks, blog posts, landing pages, emails, social posts, website copy, and more;
  • Build decks for webinars, sales, and thought leadership presentations;
  • Interview customers and write case studies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of work experience (content/creative writing, communications, journalism, copywriting, or similar discipline);
  • Copywriting experience preferred. Artful with words and passionate about creating compelling user-centric stories;
  • Portfolio/writing samples that show depth and breadth of voice and experience;
  • Ability to influence executive partners in a fast-moving yet matrixed / cross-functional organization;
  • Ability to do some design work is a huge plus, specifically creating/editing assets for marketing campaigns, website content, and social media;
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B software highly preferred;
  • Excellent written and communication skills;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience writing content for demand generation;
  • Customer service experience working in fast-paced environments;
  • 3-5 years digital marketing experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to turn technical subject matter into effective content;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Powerpoint;
  • Experience in developing and executing holistic content campaigns to build awareness and deliver qualified leads;
  • Ability to manage time and priorities while driving multiple projects at once with varying deadlines, and the ability to pivot as needed;
  • Experience learning new markets and writing for applicable personas.
