Customer Account Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Customer Account Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned customer service tasks to ensure the highest quality of operational support for Pfizer’s major trade accounts;
- Participate in customer score carding processes and monthly operational alignment meetings (with buyers) which include possible customer site visits;
- Collaboratively engage customers on order analysis, forecast adjustment, inventory levels, and cycle time delays;
- Helps support field sales representatives;
- Assists in meeting customer requests in a timely matter.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Strong Excel knowledge with ability to create and manipulate pivot table and v lookups;
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- SAP experience preferred;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to follow through and complete tasks in a timely manner;
- Associate Degree in Business with major/minor in Finance and/or Accounting (preferred);
- Proven decision-making skills;
- Detail oriented;
- Quick and accurate data entry skills;
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
