Our company is looking for a Customer Account Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform assigned customer service tasks to ensure the highest quality of operational support for Pfizer’s major trade accounts;
  • Participate in customer score carding processes and monthly operational alignment meetings (with buyers) which include possible customer site visits;
  • Collaboratively engage customers on order analysis, forecast adjustment, inventory levels, and cycle time delays;
  • Helps support field sales representatives;
  • Assists in meeting customer requests in a timely matter.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a team environment;
  • Strong Excel knowledge with ability to create and manipulate pivot table and v lookups;
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • SAP experience preferred;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to follow through and complete tasks in a timely manner;
  • Associate Degree in Business with major/minor in Finance and/or Accounting (preferred);
  • Proven decision-making skills;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Quick and accurate data entry skills;
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
