- Providing hands-on coaching, feedback, and performance management for individual contributors;

- Managing a team of 5-7 individuals who are responsible for building relationships and driving solution adoption across RigUp’s customers;
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline the overall customer experience;
- Delivering and exceeding results against both qualitative and quantitative objectives.
